Pre-Screening Service  “Save $s if your Comic doesn’t make the grade.”
You don’t need to pay the full cost of encasing a comic book that does not make the grade you want. With our Pre-Screening Service, you only pay for encasing comics at the minimum grade you set.

EXAMPLE:  You submit a comic and set your minimum grade at 9.0.  If it does NOT receive a 9.0 or better from PGX graders, we will not encase the book and not charge you the normal full grading fee.

Modern books that do not pass the prescreen grade will just be charged $3 per book.

Standard books that do not pass the prescreen grade will just be charged $5 per book.

A maximum of three different prescreen grades can be set for the books in one order. If more than 3 prescreen grades are chosen, prescreen fees will increase by $1 per book for any book that does not meet the minimum grade set.

A minimum of 30 books must be sent in at one time for Pre-Screening. Books that are from different grading services can besent in together.

The maximum size for our holders is currently: 7 3/4″ wide x 10 1/2″ tall, and 100 pages in thickness. Books that are to large for our holder with be sent back ungraded.
